HOW TO ORDER:
You may place an order our website. Please have the stock item #, shipping information and your credit card information ready.
SHIPPING TIME FRAME:
California Nursery attempts to ship within 48 hrs after your order is placed. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Some products that are too large will require contracting a Freight Carrier. Freight cost are the responsibility of the customer(please inquire for a quote). Please allow 4 to 10 business days for delivery-within the continental U.S.A
REFUNDS AND RETURNS:
All new merchandise may be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Return requests MUST be approved in advance and are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping cost. Products must be returned in their original packaging - in New Condition. Refunds are contingent upon California Nursery’s inspection and approval. Special order items are NOT returnable.
CANCELLATIONS:
Orders can be canceled before they are being processed, usually within 1 business days. If order has been processed and not shipped out, you will be assessed a $25 cancellation fee. If order has been processed and is already in transit to you, you will be assessed to a $25 cancellation fee and all the related shipping and handling returns fees.
SHIPPING DAMAGE OR SHORTAGE:
For your protection: When you accept your shipment from the Freight Company, you are acknowledging that the article(s) were delivered to you in GOOD CONDITION AND PROPERLY PACKED. Should you notice any damage upon receipt(visible or concealed): 1. Have delivery person note on freight bill 2. Notify Freight company to inspect merchandise 3. File a claim 4. Do not destroy packaging material. Any claim for loss should be filed immediately with the Freight Company. Claims for loss must not be deducted from our invoice, nor deferring of payment while waiting adjustments of such claims.
